Return & Exchange Policy
At BK Fashion, we want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase. If you’re not happy with a product or there’s an issue with it, you can easily request a return or exchange by following the guidelines below.
Return Eligibility
- Return/exchange requests must be made within 3 (three) days of receiving your delivery.
- The item must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging with tags and box intact.
- The original invoice/receipt must be included with the returned item.
- Returns are accepted for wrong items delivered, damaged products, or size issues.
Non-Returnable Items
- Used, washed, or perfumed clothing.
- Items purchased on Discount/Flash Sale that were marked “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase.
- Innerwear, cosmetics, and hygiene-related products (for health and safety reasons).
Return / Exchange Process
- Contact us via WhatsApp (+8801901637638) or contact@bkfashionbd.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will review and approve your return/exchange request.
- Send the product back through our designated outlet or courier service.
- Once the item is inspected, we’ll send your exchange item or initiate the refund process.
Refund Method
Refunds are typically processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item, either through the original payment method (bKash/Nagad/Bank) or as store credit. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are sent to your bKash/Nagad number.
